Together we explore your dosha, health history, eating habits, appetite, digestion, elimination, sleep, routines, relationships, emotional wellbeing, and overall vitality.
These sessions are designed to help you understand what your body is truly asking for — and how to support it in a way that feels nourishing, sustainable, and aligned with your life.
Together we create a personalised wellbeing plan that may include:

This is a space to reconnect with your body, restore balance, and cultivate true wellbeing from the inside out.
The first initial session is 2 hours in duration due to the in-depth interview to collect your history, concerns and goals .
The next 2 sessions are tailored to support a plan for you to introduce small changes over time, these are one hour in duration.
These sessions are best planned a month apart with guidance to support the changes and monitor health and radiance.
All notes, recipes, recordings, body work practices, worksheets are included.
