Community Yoga

Community Yoga is a by-donation weekly event – weather permitting.

Join us on the foreshore at Trinity Wharf complex to enjoy our beautiful surroundings in the sun with like-minded people from all walks.

Each yoga class is offered by donation on the day and will allow you to start your weekend just right. Move your beautiful body, practice breathwork techniques, and get all the benefits of moving your body.

Each week we have a different theme for our class. This is could be a different style of yoga.e.g. yin, ashtanga, vinyasa.

All experience levels are welcome. Bring your Yoga mat, water, and smiles!
