Payment Terms
FORMS OF PAYMENT
Tosca Dee and Tosca Dee: The Joyful Goddess use the 3rd party payment platform, Stripe, to process credit and debit card transactions.
By making a purchase from Tosca Dee: The Joyful Goddess, you also agree to be bound by Stripe’s Terms of Service. For Australian clients, these are available here: https://stripe.com/au/legal.
You are responsible for all transactions (one-time, recurring, and refunds) processed through Stripe. The Tosca Dee: The Joyful Goddess and Tosca Dee are not liable for loss or damage from errant or invalid transactions processed with your Stripe account. This includes transactions that were not processed due to a network communication error, or any other reason.
If you process a transaction, it is your responsibility to verify that the transaction was successfully processed. Paypal and Direct Deposit payments may also be arranged on request.
PAYMENT PLANS
Payment Plans may be available for some training courses. Please ask us for information about the specific course you are considering.
Delivery
ONLINE SESSIONS AND TRAINING
Online sessions with Tosca Dee are provided via Zoom. A link will be provided to you at the time of booking. Training material is delivered online using LearnDash and or Zoom.
HOW TO PREPARE
Sessions are an awesome combination of reading and energetics, designed to identify and then powerfully attune you to you soul’s blueprint. For online sessions please ensure you have a reliable internet connection and are in a quiet place where you will not be interrupted. In addition to the intuited guidance, we’ll work with your questions if you have anything specific you’d like to explore, so you might want to prepare some questions in advance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
24 hours notice is required to cancel your appointment or payment is forfeited. Tosca Dee reserves the right to postpone scheduled appointments if personal circumstances require it.
Refund Policy
CHANGE OF MIND
Tosca Dee: The Joyful Goddess offers refunds to customers or clients who change their mind within specified timeframes.
For any services provided on a one to one basis, a 24hr notice is required before any refund will be processed. If you are unable to make our scheduled appointment, please reschedule using the links in your confirmation email – Change/Cancel Appointment (if you add this to your calendar, there’s a link in there as well) at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to schedule and no-shows forfeit any payments made.
For all courses and 3mth packages, a full refund is available in the first 7 days after purchase. 8-28days after purchase any refund requests will be a maximum of 50% of the amount paid.
After 28 days from date of purchase no refunds are given. Please choose carefully before making payment.
MAJOR PROBLEMS
If a client or student has a major problem, they are required to make every reasonable effort to make their concerns known to the Tosca Dee: The Joyful Goddess. We will do our best to resolve the situation to the mutual satisfaction of everyone involved.
If we are unable to negotiate a satisfactory conclusion, the matter will proceed to formal mediation before a neutral third party.
Jurisdiction
Tosca Dee: The Joyful Goddess is based in Cairns, Queensland, Australia and the laws of that jurisdiction govern this agreement and any disputes arising under it.
