What a great two weeks it has been and there is so much to share with you.
Firstly, my baby, turned 21! And we had the family travel from Western Australia, Coffs Harbour and Brisbane to spend a glorious weekend in Port Douglas, celebrating and laughing. As you can imagine there was a fair bit of organisation before the party. However, it all come together, and we had a truly memorable time.

Radiant Body Yoga Community (Cairns)
Last weekend the Radiant Body Yoga community and I had a pottery party. It was so much fun, we made spoons, bowls, and vases. Every three to four months we try to do a dinner together however I thought for this event, let’s do something different so we tried pottery. Evidence Based EFT
A couple of weeks ago, I received my Evidence Based Emotional Freedom Tapping Trauma certificate. I am so chuffed as I have found EBEFT to be one of the most effective strategies to shift my clients from trauma to peace. This somatic intervention helps to engage the safety system of the brain before trying to promote new ways of thinking. Effective therapies for trauma MUST address the body as well as the mind.

EFT for $111
If you have never tried tapping before it is a simple yet effective tool of tapping on the 9 acupressure points around the face and body. It is a great tool to learn as a coping strategy to deal with big emotions and to reset our nervous system from anxiety to peace and freedom. It is a proven stress management technique for the body and mind.
