We Repeat what we Don’t Repair

As I mentor, therapist, and educator I have the pleasure of supporting, women, children, and youth not only in my business but also in the schools that I service.

Adults and/or children with learning difficulties can see themselves as unsuccessful learners. This can create a life-long legacy of low self-esteem and fear of failure. A pattern of self-belief.

There is a great body of research with Dr. Peta Stapleton, that confirms when we alleviate the ‘anxiety’ or fear around learning, academic marks improve. We want to instantly reduce the stress in people’s bodies, to improve self-esteem and worth. EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a wonderful tool that is easy to learn and practise.

We repeat what we don't repair

Intervention is so important, to get some support and start changing from the inside out. It all starts with how the body feels, then our thoughts will change.

Here is a great little reminder RAIN to help us to stay in the present, the moment when the anxiety loop hits. Make it a screen saver, I love visuals!
