Wow, it is the first of December and Christmas is just around the corner!
OMG! How did that happen?
The question is how do stay present in the chaos of Christmas and not feel overwhelmed.
Fact, people sometimes feel a bit of burn out around Christmas due to the parties and festivities.
Here are my top 3 tips to stay grounded and in your mojo.
1. Set your boundaries with regards to your energy levels. It is okay to say no, I can’t make that party. It is okay to stop and take a break and rest.
2. Focus on what you can control and what you can’t control. Avoid family arguments and conflicts.
3. Create a sense of spaciousness around you, with less time on social media, more time to replenish and nourish yourself. This can look like being in nature, listening to music, dancing wildly under the trees or simple being alone.
Treat yourself to a break and get plenty of sleep and movement!
